Our record and expertise spans across over 80 industries and the full gamut of financial advisor services, and we proudly utilize this deep experience as the cornerstone of all of our professional M&A and corporate advisory services.

We feel advisory specialization can and should occur across multiple service offerings. Why? Financial advisory can be complex and the delivery of financial advisory services demands a holistic, unified perspective. The depth of our background and experience allows us to dissect a problem from various vantage points and communicate findings concisely. Our valuation expertise, for example, is enhanced by real-world M&A execution. In the world of financial advisory services, the vast majority of valuation experts have never actually led or participated in an M&A auction, divestiture, or initial public offering as an M&A investment banker. This is akin to a real estate broker who has never sold a property but rather has just appraised tens of buildings.
